The dumpster will be delivered on the agreed date and time. We strive to be punctual but delays may occur due to traffic or weather.
Yes, we’re happy to assist with loading and wait briefly when requested at booking — availability depends on the job.
If you go over the weight limit, an additional charge of $45 per extra 1,000 lbs will apply. If your load extends above the top edge, we may refuse pickup for safety reasons. In that case, you can either: • remove the excess material and prepare the dumpster for pickup, or • order an additional dumpster to safely dispose of the rest of the waste. Each dumpster rental includes a weight allowance: • 15 Yard Dumpster – includes up to 3,000 lbs • 20 Yard Dumpster – includes up to 4,000 lbs • 25 Yard Dumpster – includes up to 4,500 lbs If your dumpster goes over the included weight, an overage fee of $45 per additional 1,000 lbs will be applied. These charges help cover the added disposal and handling costs for overweight loads.
Yes, we accept concrete, but only in certain dumpsters and in limited amounts due to weight restrictions. If you plan to load concrete, please contact us in advance.
We place wooden boards under dumpster to protect your surface and always take great care during delivery and pickup.
Usually, dumpsters must be placed on private property. Placing on public streets may require a city permit.
The standard rental period is 3 or 5 days, but extensions can be arranged in advance.
Allowed materials include: construction debris (tile, drywall, wood, drywall), furniture and household junk, branches, leaves, yard debris, cardboard boxes, paper, plastics, roofing materials, cleanup and renovation waste, small appliances.
Hazardous waste (paints, chemicals, solvents), batteries and accumulators, tires, asbestos and asbestos-containing materials, electronics (TVs, computers, etc.), flammable or explosive materials, sewage and liquid waste, large amounts of dirt or rocks (without prior approval), oil, large vehicle parts, refrigerators and other cooling appliances.
Please specify the exact placement before delivery. Changes after delivery may incur extra fees.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery to avoid fees.
